I hope you have a lovely celebration! I had such a sweet birthday and felt very loved and appreciated. I think our coming departure made everybody really lay it on thick! 😅
I also liked how you walked through the five senses to reflect on your birthday. The small details made the whole thing feel very alive, like the coffee brewing in the morning and your daughter singing around the table. The part about your “squishy belly” and your kids loving it was especially sweet. It’s such a simple picture of motherhood and gratitude for the life your body has carried.
